Real Estate Writing
I have written three non-fiction books at this point. Two are in real estate and one pertains to sales and marketing:
The Real Estate Philosopher’s Guide: If there is anything in the world I know a lot about, it is real estate. It has been my life for 40 years. This book combines my knowledge and experience in real estate with my love of thinking (philosophy). If you are in the real estate world, or thinking of going into it, it will add a lot of value to what you do. Buy here on Amazon now!
How to Invest in Commercial Real Estate if You Know Nothing About Commercial Real Estate: This is a book I co-authored with David Dowell, who, as a businessman, has seen all sides of the real estate industry. The book is called appropriately: How to Invest in Commercial Real Estate if You Know Nothing About Commercial Real Estate.
We first wrote the backbone of the book as an assignment for a blue chip, highly-respected institutional investor — client of my law firm – that had invested in all asset classes other than real estate. The investor was moving into real estate investing and sought what they called “Real Estate 101.”
When we completed the assignment we realized that we had the perfect roadmap for someone who is smart and knowledgeable about investing but just doesn’t have real estate in their repertoire. Someone who wants to reap the benefits of the real estate asset class without becoming the sucker at Warren Buffett’s hypothetical poker game.
If real estate investing is something you – or your family member or friend — were always intrigued with, but you were smart enough to know that you need guidance before venturing in with the other sharks in the ocean, then our book may be just what you need. You can purchase the book here!
If You Want to Get Rich, Build a Power Niche: Since I spend a great portion of my life in marketing and sales, I wrote this book about five years ago. I don’t mean to sound humbuggish – God forbid – but the book is very effective for one trying to enhance their success in marketing and sales.
I spent the past 15 years of my life in marketing, and despite an extraordinarily late start – age 50 — I have been extremely successful with it. Indeed, for the past 15 years my rainmaking has been one of the most successful ever in the real estate law industry. And the book has every single thing I had learned the hard way.
Notably, the book includes the creation of the concept of the Power Niche, which is a concept I thought up some time ago, and I think is one of the keys to financial success in sales and marketing. Buy here on Amazon now!
