If You Want to Get Rich, Build a Power Niche
I wrote this one about five years ago. I don’t mean to sound humbuggish – God forbid – but it is one of the best books you will ever read about marketing and sales. I spent a ton of my life in marketing – and have been extremely successful with it; indeed, my rainmaking has been one of the most successful ever in the real estate law industry. And the book has every single thing I had learned the hard way as of five years ago. It includes the creation of the concept of the Power Niche, which is something I thought up some time ago, and I think is the key to financial success in sales and marketing.
