The Bruce Poetry Project:

I love writing – and reading – poetry. One of my favorite pastimes is sitting in a bar – with a scotch of course – and a pad and a pen – and scribbling out a poem.

My poems are wide-ranging – from thought pieces to cute stories like Ogden Nash, to wonderments, to daydreams, and much more.

I have written about 40 poems so far, and each vacation seems to result in a few more.

So now what? I am not sure yet, but I am launching The Bruce Poetry Project anyway. I will be sharing these — both in writing and with me reading them aloud — on social media like Threads, and X/Twitter and may look to expand beyond that so stay tuned!
